We base our commission on the nightly rate charged to your guests, and in return we provide a comprehensive suite of services, including 24/7 guest communications, dynamic pricing strategy, linen and guest amenities, and maintenance coordination. Additionally, all cleaning costs are charged directly to guests via Airbnb.
At By The Night, we believe in being upfront and transparent about our fees. That's why we offer free listing services, dedicating significant time and effort to getting your property up and running. The only exception is professional photography, which we offer at cost and may vary depending on the size of your property.
